At Ganges Hospitality, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and guest-friendly booking and refund process. Please review the following terms carefully before making a reservation with us.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to room availability. A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email or receipt. Ganges Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a refund (Only transection/GST/Service charges will be applicable)
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 20 to 11 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in or in case of no-shows will not be refunded.
- Early Departure: Guests checking out before the reserved date will not be eligible for refunds on unused nights.
3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, or bank transfer. All payments are processed securely, and guests are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before completing a booking.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate booking details and valid identification at the time of check-in. Any damages to hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
5. Policy Updates
We may update or revise this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, along with the "Last Updated" date.
